The latest state of the art wire machines feature submerged cutting plus extra-rigid construction and ultra precise mechanisms for the closest tolerances possible. These machines also feature Anti-Electrolysis (AE) power supply which helps eliminate electrolytic deterioration and corrosion. It also reduces cobalt depletion in carbide, rusting in iron based materials and oxidation in titanium and aluminum alloys. Table travel is 20"x 14"x 11" high to handle your production & prototype jobs. To support this new equipment and to better handle your requirements, California Jig Grinding has installed the latest CAD-CAM programming system capable of handling all CAD file extensions.
